Refund policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your BREEZA within 30 days of delivery, email us at breezaflow@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Damaged or defective items: Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email breezaflow@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal: As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. Email breezaflow@gmail.com within the deadline. For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable: Used or customer-damaged items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
