1. Orders and payment

All prices include VAT and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline orders in case of technical errors or unavailable stock.

2. Delivery

We ship from approved partner warehouses. Typical delivery time is 10–20 business days with tracked shipping. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. VAT is included in the price — no customs surprises on delivery.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To exercise it, email breezaflow@gmail.com within the deadline. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

4. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, BreezaFlow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused items in original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of receipt.

5. Complaints and defects

If you discover a fault or damage, email breezaflow@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund in full — without requiring you to return the product.

7. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If we can't reach an agreement, EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
