If you're not happy with your BREEZA within 30 days, contact us to return unused items in original condition for a refund. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How long is delivery?

Tracked delivery usually takes 10–20 business days. VAT is included in the price — no surprise customs fees when your package arrives.

Is the neck fan safe for hair and kids?

Yes — it's completely bladeless. The airflow comes from dozens of tiny turbine outlets, so there's nothing to catch hair or pinch fingers.

How long does the BREEZA battery last?

Up to 8 hours on speed 1 (low), 4–5 hours on speed 2, and 1–2 hours on turbo. It fully recharges in under 2 hours via USB-C.

Can I use the misting fans indoors?

Yes — the misting fans use a very fine water mist that evaporates quickly and won't leave surfaces or clothes wet. They work best in drier, warmer conditions.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. We'll guide you through the process and issue your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
