Our Story

Grip is the first thing to fail — so we built the fix.

It started with a drawer. One of those drawers every lifter has: a single hand gripper bought on a whim, a finger band from a physio, a stress ball from a conference. Five gadgets that each trained one thing, plateaued in a week, and got forgotten.

We kept hitting the same wall in our own training — the deadlift that slipped before the legs gave out, the climbing session cut short by tired fingers, the nagging elbow that never quite healed. Grip was the limiter, and nothing on the market treated it as a real, progressable system.

Why one kit, not ten gadgets

So we built GRYP: five purpose-built tools in one kit that train the whole hand — crushing, pinching, finger strength, extension and recovery — with adjustable resistance from 5 to 60 kg. One dial, so it scales from rehab to personal records instead of being outgrown. No drawer of single-use gadgets. One system you actually keep using.

Built to last — and backed

Stainless-steel springs, non-slip sweat-resistant grips, and a carry pouch so it travels with you. We stand behind it with a 30-day money-back guarantee: train with it for a month, and if your grip isn't stronger, send it back for a full refund.

Who we build for

Lifters chasing bigger pulls. Climbers and grapplers who live and die by their hands. Musicians and people rebuilding after injury. And anyone who wants strong, pain-free hands for the next few decades — not just the next workout.

We're a small EU-based team of lifters and climbers, building the grip system we wished we'd had. Forge an iron grip.
